Return and refund policy

At Zovrax, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a transparent and hassle-free return process to ensure our US customers shop with total peace of mind.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Free Returns (No Return Shipping Fees)

We are proud to offer Free Returns for all orders within the United States. We do not charge any restocking fees, and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you once your return request is approved.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at care@zovrax.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues (Defective or Wrong Items)

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at care@zovrax.shop if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

Refund Processing Time

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for our team and your bank/credit card company to process and post the refund. All refunds are issued in USD ($).
