Free Shipping

We are delighted to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no minimum order requirements, no hidden fees, and no unexpected charges at checkout. All transactions are processed securely in USD.

Order Processing & Transit Times

Our shipping timeline is divided into two parts: Processing Time and Transit Time.

  • Order Handling / Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and dispatch. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.
  • Transit / Shipping Time: 7 - 13 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the duration it takes for your package to travel from our fulfillment center to your delivery address in the United States.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 - 16 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

Delivery Address Modifications

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages or modify the delivery address once the order has been processed or shipped. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at care@zovrax.shop.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if it has exceeded our stated transit time and you suspect it is lost, please reach out to our dedicated support team at care@zovrax.shop. We will investigate the issue with the carrier immediately and provide a replacement or a full refund.
